Generating Personalized URLs

Publish URLs

From your landing page editor, click on the button 'Publish'. This will allow you to start the process of dynamically generating personalized URLs for your contacts.

Click on the button labeled 'Bulk URL creation in Google Sheet' from the destinations dropdown. This will allow you to generate personalized landing page URLs for your contacts using data from a Google Sheet.

Format your Google Sheet

Your Google sheet should look like this: - a column email to insert your contact email address. This will be used as a unique identifier - as many columns as merge tags you inserted in your landing page or video, without the accolades - a column Gluetrail URL that will receive the URLs dynamically created by Gluetrail Note: if you have created a merge tag in a dynamic background that includes a website screenshot or a website scroll, you should insert public URLs in that columns (as represented in the screenshot under the column "customerwebsite")

Insert Google Sheet URL

Insert the URL of your Google Sheet containing your contact list and merge tags. This allows Glutrail to access the data needed for generating personalized URLs.

Select Sheet Name

Select the one that has your contact list.

Select URL Column

Click on the input field labeled 'Select the column that will store the URL' and map to the appropriate column. This ensures that each contact's personalized URL is saved in the correct column in your Google Sheet.
